Hotel Manager / Hotellin Johtaja – Balder Luxury Lodge, Levi

Are you ready to lead the launch and success of a new luxury hotel in the heart of Lapland?

We are now seeking a visionary Hotel Manager for our client to take charge of building an exclusive experience destination – Balder Luxury Lodge.
This boutique-style luxury hotel is set to open in the scenic fells of Levi in autumn 2025, combining the enchantment of Lapland’s nature with top-tier service and high-end accommodation.

We are looking for a leader who will take full ownership of the project, lead by example, and steer the hotel towards exceptional guest experiences and business success.

 Your Role

As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the entire hotel operation and its continuous development.
You will play a key role in leading the guest experience, staff, and overall business performance.
You are a present, inspiring, and ambitious leader who builds a culture of excellence—one where every detail matters.

We expect you to have:

• Solid experience in the hospitality industry and in responsible leadership roles

• Vision and capability to develop a luxury-level service concept and business

• Experience in team building and inspiring people management

• An uncompromising attitude towards customer experience and ability to deliver VIP-level service

• Strong stress tolerance, ability to manage the big picture, and a hands-on approach

• Fluent Finnish and English skills—other languages are considered a plus

• Experience in luxury travel or high-profile customer service is an advantage

• Full-time on-site presence during the early phase, with the possibility of a hybrid model later on
