Mitsubishi HC Capital Europe is the rapidly growing European division of Mitsubishi HC Capital UK PLC that provides vendor finance solutions to support Mitsubishi group businesses, their distribution channels, and their key accounts across Europe. We build strong effective relationships with our vendor partners and develop bespoke asset finance programs and funding solutions for customers. We are currently present in 5 European countries with expansion into additional markets underway.

What does the role involve?

As our Sales Support Executive in Finland some of your key duties will include:

• Developing and promoting effective working relationships with the Sales and Credit Teams based in Finland and the UK
• Supporting the Sales Manager to manage and convert the pipeline of new business into executed agreements
• Providing cover for Sales Managers where required, this includes providing quotations, following up with customers and preparing agreement documentation
• Taking responsibility for challenging business processes that are not consistent with the expectations or requirements for the Finnish market
• Taking responsibility for identifying and implementing change to deliver operational efficiencies within the customer experience and sales support areas
  
  

What are we looking for?

A diligent, self-motivated team player passionate about delivering a quality service. You'll have good asset finance knowledge complemented by an inquisitive mind and a willingness to work collaboratively with others to learn and overcome challenges. As a critical thinker, you'll constantly looking out for ways to identify and implement process improvements.

• A passion for service with a record of delivering excellent customer experiences in a fast paced, dynamic business
• A hands-on approach, capable of thinking for yourself and taking actions based on an understanding of priorities
• Attention to detail when completing activities, ensuring the customer experience benefits from high quality service provision
• Strong interpersonal skills to support the development of effective relationships that mean you can work in a team but be confident to challenge where needed
• Fluent in Finnish and English. Any additional European languages will be an advantage
