Responsibilities...

• Responsible for creating and managing project schedules, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure completion of project in a timely manner capturing any variations etc.
• Recommend modifications to improve effectiveness and achieve project milestones.
• Prepare short- and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from key stakeholders.
• Regular site walks to assist site teams with planning matters.
• Identify potential risks, deviations that can hinder project schedule, resulting in delays with significant costs and penalties and corrective actions.
• Gather data incorporating any changes in work scope, update schedule and develop reliable schedule forecast with support from project team.
• Provide regular progress reports to all site teams and highlight concerns, develop mitigating measures to avoid delays.
• Host progress planning meetings with internal and external teams to re-calibrate plans in line with progress
  
  

The Person...

3rd level qualification in Electrical or Mechanical preferable but not essential

Experience in scheduling large, complex industrial, capital improvement projects managing teams of schedulers

Experience working on Data centre projects

Excellent IT skills and relevant knowledge of Planning software including Primavera P6, MS Project, and other planning software

Ability to communicate at high level and represent the company in client and contractor meetings
