Commercial Account Manager

About the Job

The Qt Company is looking for an experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team in Espoo, Finland.

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with small and medium sized companies in Finland and in the Baltics in consumer, medical, industrial, defense & space, or vehicle markets. Your main goal will be to find new collaborations, expand the existing collaborations (upselling/cross-selling strategy) and cultivate strong relationships with key decision makers while highlighting the benefits of adopting the Qt Company's portfolio (Qt framework, Quality Assurance software). This entails a proactive approach to account management and a consultative role in advising companies on how best to leverage Qt to achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with C-Level like Head of R&D, Engineering Management, Engineering Directors, Product Managers and Project Managers within technical development organizations
• Prospect new sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential clients
• Follow-up on inbound leads from Marketing
• Develop and deliver exceptional sales proposals to prospects
• Collaborate with sales management to strategize target accounts for effective sales.
• Establish and nurture long-term, productive relationships with customers.
• Create a structured weekly calendar to align with sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, services, and competitors within the Qt Company's market
• Provide regular activity reports, sales forecasts and professional account planning on a weekly basis.

Requirements:

• 3 years of B2B sales experience
• Experience in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Existing contact network in large industrial companies are a plus
• Ability to be the technology advisor to prospects and customers
• Demonstrate the ability to build rapport with existing and prospective clients
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, organizational and collaboration skills
• Fluent or advanced professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Finnish and Baltic languages are considered as a plus.
• Familiar with Software Development tools, Software Development Life Cycle, Engineering, and experience in Meddpicc are considered as a great advantage
