This is a hybrid-remote role with location in Northern Europe, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a diverse and inclusive team.

About the Role:

As a Regional Sales Manager at Scanfil, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our customer base in Northern Europe. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities to develop them, so they contribute to Scanfil Group’s strategy and target for profitable growth. You will be responsible for building a pipeline, converting business opportunities to sales, developing strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the key point of contact for our customers, working to understand their needs and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and create strategic customer account plans for sustainable, profitable growth.
  • Build new customer relationships and drive their satisfaction.
  • Manage sales, profitability, and sales forecast for customer accounts.
  • Handle RFQs and customer proposals.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system.
  • Negotiate and update customer contracts.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in new business development sales.
  • University/college education.
  • Experience in the EMS business area with a basic understanding of production methods, supply chain management, and logistics.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in the midst of challenges.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global matrix organization.
  • Strong communication skills for handling both external and internal customers.
  • Ability to connect with new potential customers at higher levels within their organizations to build long-term partnerships.
  • Business acumen with negotiation skills and a strategic, holistic mindset.
  • Team player who can work with customers and colleagues from various cultures.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
