About The Position

We are now looking for a Project Manager to strengthen our international NetSuite ERP consultancy team. We are looking to hire someone based in Finland, Sweden or Norway, and in this position you have the flexibility to work remotely or at one of our cozy offices.

As a Project Manager at Staria, your main tasks include taking care of our customers and managing ERP implementation projects with our cross-cultural and multifaceted consulting team. The position includes:

• Project management: Lead ERP implementation projects, leading the project team towards successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. You will be responsible for delivering project KPIs such as project budget, profitability, completion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Process Improvement: Participate in standardization and process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the consulting team, to support the high growth ambitions of Staria.
  
  

In this role, you will report directly to the Director - NetSuite Services. The employment is full-time and permanent, and the start can be arranged flexibly, but we hope that you could join us as soon as possible!

Keys to success in this role

To succeed in this position, you should have extensive experience in project management within ERP implementation, preferably working with NetSuite. You’ll need to be confident leading complex implementation projects from start to finish and capable of managing multiple assignments at once - taking full responsibility for both your own deliverables and supporting your colleagues when needed.

You are expected to have hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello, and be well-versed in methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, and Lean. Recognized certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Project Manager (CPM), or Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) are highly appreciated and add great value to the role.

While skills are important, your personality is equally key. We’re looking for someone who brings a sense of calm, clarity, and seniority to the team - someone who communicates clearly, handles conflicts constructively, and leads with confidence. Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities are essential, as is fluency in English, both written and spoken. Fluent skills in Finnish, Swedish, or Norwegian is also something we're looking for in this position.
