Actionline is seeking a Reception and Office Coordinator on behalf of a leading Shipping Organization, based in Piraeus.

📝 Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinating meeting schedules and visitor arrangements.
• Managing incoming/outgoing communications (calls & emails).
• Managing orders of office supplies.
• Supporting the organization of internal corporate events.
• Coordinating the daily use and availability of company vehicles
• Providing general administrative support across departments.
• Entering and updating data in the company’s CRM system.
🎯 Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative/receptionist role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Shipping or Business-related fields (preferred).
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Monthly Gross Salary: €1.100
• Fixed working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30.
