We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent team.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for continuously identifying and assessing internal and external talents
• Conducting the hiring process from A to Z
• Responsible for assessments and selection procedures in collaboration with Foundever Management, Operations, HR, and Support Functions
• Follows Foundever's policies and processes
• Performs other duties as assigned by the management team in compliance with the qualifications and job requirements
• Suggests new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
• Research's talent acquisition and management trends in the staffing industry
• Contributes to the design and development of new assessments
• Shares best practices with global HR teams
• Promotes the internal mobility of the associates

Education And Experience

• College degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field (preferable)
• Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
• Fluency in German or another European Language is a plus
• Proven experience in a relevant position for at least 1 year
• Previous experience in customer service is a must
• Athens based (Hybrid)
