Key Responsibilities

·        Contracting Knowledge: Negotiation of favorable terms with hotel partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements, scouting of hotels, finding new cooperation opportunities

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a solid understanding of vacation rentals and property management services across European markets.
  • Professional Relationships with hotels and partners: Build and maintain strong relationships with hoteliers and clients, offering continuous support throughout the contracting cycle.
  • Objection Handling: Address concerns and objections with professionalism, offering tailored solutions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly and annual contracting reports and performance reviews.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in contracting (sales), or a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with European vacation planning and the property management industry is a plus.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, team player and capable of working independently.
  • Knowledge of NS program advantage, very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and ERP systems
  • Fluency in English, Greek
  • Willingness to travel as required.
