Development Team Manager - PHP Laravel

Lead and manage our development team building and improving our PHP Laravel software platform. Work closely with design teams and internal business units to deliver high-quality solutions that meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the development team

• Oversee the build and continuous improvement of our PHP Laravel platform

• Coordinate with design teams to implement user-friendly features

• Liaise with internal business units to understand requirements and priorities

• Plan and execute development sprints and milestones

• Ensure code quality and best practices are maintained

• Monitor progress and report on project status to stakeholders

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience with similar software platforms

• Knowledge of UI/UX principles

• Basic understanding of design processes

• Experience with project management tools

•

• Strong knowledge of PHP and Laravel framework

• Understanding of software development lifecycle
