What We are looking for 

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will help our Talent Acquisition Team in bringing aboard talented people, by effectively implementing our company's recruitment strategy. You will own the full cycle of the recruitment process, to create talent pipelines for the company's current and future hiring needs, while ensuring a unique candidate experience. Your daily tasks will also include:

• Work closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, determine the hiring process and understand the competencies of each role
• Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process for entry-level, middle-level and senior roles
• Schedule and conduct interviews, including screening calls and in-person/ virtual interviews, and support all stages of the hiring process (job posts, assessments, job offers, etc.)
• Design and post job adverts for internal and external channels and various job boards
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs
• Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a great experience from the initial application to the final steps of the recruitment process
• Design and update job descriptions and job specifications and prepare customized interview questions reflecting each position's specific requirements
• Track key recruiting KPIs, including time to fill and source of hire, and maintain reporting metrics for recruiting processes
• Support Talent Acquisition Team in other related HR initiatives as needed

What you bring

• At least 3 years of working experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter or similar role
• BSc or MSc in Business Administration, HR, Psychology or relevant field
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Experience using recruiting software (ATS) and social networks for recruiting
• Ability to work independently and understand business functions and organizational needs
• People-oriented mindset, with empathy and positive attitude
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, collaboration and team spirit
• Time-management skills, including prioritizing and organizing tasks in a timely manner
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Fluency in English language (verbal and written)
