Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced officer to manage thefront desk in our manufacturing plant in Larissa, operate the call center andperform a variety of administrative and daily tasks.
Key responsibilities:
Manage call center
Provide basic and accurate information
Greet and welcome guests, and direct them to the appropriate person and office
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
Schedule meetings and organize events
Monitor supplies and place orders when necessary
Perform other administrative duties such as filing, archiving
Requirements & Skills:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of ERP is considered a plus
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Hands-on experience with office equipment
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
