We are looking for a proactive, strategic, and highly connected Banking Manager to join our team! If you are a Hebrew speaker with extensive experience in the banking industry and a strong network of connections, this role is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in managing banking relationships and opening new bank accounts in Israel. You will play a key role in managing and expanding our banking operations, ensuring smooth, efficient communication with Israeli banks and payment service providers, and maintaining strong professional relationships across the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage banking operations to ensure smooth execution of accounts and transactions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Israeli banks, payment solutions, and service providers.
- Open new bank accounts in Israel and manage ongoing banking relationships.
- Oversee banking documentation, ensuring compliance with KYC and due diligence requirements.
- Ensure adherence to Israeli banking regulations and internal company policies.
- Stay informed on Israeli banking trends, regulations, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with senior management and the finance team on strategic banking initiatives.
- Provide guidance and oversight on financial documentation and reporting processes.
- Support business development by identifying new banking opportunities and solutions.
- Act as the key liaison between the company and Israeli financial institutions.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of five years of experience in a managerial role within the banking sector or a similar field.
- Strong network and connections within the Israeli banking industry.
- Proven track record of successfully opening new bank accounts in Israel.
- In-depth knowledge of Israeli banking processes, payment solutions, and financial regulations.
- Experience in managing KYC, due diligence, and compliance procedures.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
