What You’ll Do
Our HR function enables the organisation to maximise the contribution of people to the delivery of our strategic goals. In our Talent Acquisition (TA) team, we are seeking for a high-caliber Senior TA expert, who will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of critical TA projects, leading key team activities and partnering with senior stakeholders of Vodafone’s Support Functions. More specifically you will:
- Own and deliver leadership-level and critical TA processes with focus on Vodafone’s Support Functions (Finance, HR, Legal & External Affairs divisions), acting as a lead recruiter within our team and an expert consultant to senior stakeholders
- Ensure the successful delivery of TA KPIs (ie. candidate experience, time-to-hire, diversity), while leading team activities to further develop functional excellence and high-quality assessment of potential, skills and behaviours
- Partner with HR leaders, HR Business Partners and hiring managers across different functions, to analyse hiring needs and deliver effective attraction, sourcing and selection strategies aiming at hiring best-in-class talent
- Collaborate with Vodafone’s global TA community, co-working on special projects and acting as a local champion of TA process digitization and adoption of innovative functionalities in SAP Success Factors and AI-enabled digital tools
- Participate in Employer Branding initiatives and represent Vodafone in internal and external career events
Who You Are
- You have gained 4 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience in a multinational environment, while Executive Search / Consulting experience will be considered a strong asset
- You possess strong stakeholder management skills and capability of managing multiple projects in a tech-driven, fast-paced and agile environment
- You have strong critical thinking and judgement ability as well as advanced communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- You have learning agility, resilience, genuine curiosity and restless desire for making the difference
- You seek the opportunity to be an evangelist of a high-performing brand and a “be yourself” culture, connecting experienced and young talent with our EVP
