ManpowerGroup, on behalf of IKEA, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our new store in Iraklion, Crete.

📌Location: Heraklion, Crete

📍 Work model: On Site

🖋️You will be reporting to: Market Commercial Manager

Duties/Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Market Commercial Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a motivated team.

More Specifically:

• Achieve the sales and profitability targets set for your assigned Core Area of the Home (CAOTH)
• Maximize commercial KPIs to ensure business success
• Develop and execute a commercial action plan, aligning with team and management input
• Deliver exceptional customer service through Active Selling and Meet & Greet principles
• Monitor and control operating costs and P&L elements for your department
• Recruit, develop, and maintain a high-performing and motivated team
• Ensure adequate staffing with trained and qualified co-workers during all operating hours
• Understand the local market potential and tailor sales strategies accordingly
  
  

Requirements

• A minimum of three years of managerial experience is required, preferably within a large-scale retail environment characterized by high sales volume
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Mandatory Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant field
• Fluent in Greek & English
• Strong MS Office skills
• Achievement-driven with strong problem-solving skills
• Commercial mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
• Analytical and numerical abilities
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision will be considered a plus
