At this point, Zelh is looking for a team-oriented and enthusiastic Professional Proprietary Trader / Group Leader to join our team.

As a Prop Trader/ Group Leader, you will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and executing trades in equities and options markets. You will have the opportunity to grow your own team within the company. You will work closely with our experienced traders to develop and implement trading strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your knowledge and skills and create a your own team of traders.

Essential job functions required:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trading opportunities.
• Develop and implement trading strategies based on market conditions.
• Execute trades in a disciplined and controlled manner.
• Monitor and manage risk exposure in accordance with firm guidelines.
• Collaborate with senior traders to learn and develop new trading techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of trades and performance metricsKeep up-to-date with market trends and news to inform trading decisions.

Some additional information:

1. Exchanges traded - US Equity Markets - NYSE NASDAQ AMEX.

2. Trading platforms - Takion, Lightspeed, Sterling Pro.

3. The company is focused on pre-market, day and swing trading.

4. Traded Assets types: Stocks, ETFs, ADRs, SPACs,Stock Options.

Working conditions:

• Monday-Friday: Flexible
• Location: Dubai - UAE, Poland, Romania, Cyprus
• Compensation: 45% profit split but can be raised based on performance, up to 90% split in case of a group leader.
• Working in an international company with the possibility of professional growth
• Challenging tasks and ability to grow your team of traders within the organization

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field
• Deep knowledge of the US Stock Market and a Trading Statement (Track Record)
• B2 English is a MUST
• Not Forex or Crypto professionals
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for the financial markets and trading
  
  Successful candidates will be funded with over $250.000 of Buying Power(meaning you will be able to trade with these funds)
