Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, the ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end product series launch strategy, ideation and the execution of digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and achieve business objectives. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for digital marketing who is eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy and Ideation
Come up with the digital strategy for product launch and sustenance campaigns for the product series
Undertake creative ideation with cross-functional teams and external agencies to come up with innovative, creative and clutter breaking ideas for social media campaigns
Platform Strategy
Bring in deep platform understanding of YT, IG, FB, X, Linked and other social / digital platforms to be able to hack the platform insights to deliver high impact and high RoI campaigns
Campaign Execution:
Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms such as FB, IG, X and YT
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and collaborate with internal marketing teams and the agency to ensure error-free execution as per the campaign plans
Content Creation and Optimization:
Lead and manage the creation / production of engaging and compelling digital content, including social media posts, Videos and other marketing materials
Campaign Analysis:
Analyze digital marketing performance metrics to track the success of campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness
Collaboration:
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing strategies
Research and Stay Updated:
Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging platforms, trends and technologies
Education Qualification:
MBA or Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field-Full Time.
Other Requirements:
Proven track record of creating clutter-breaking digital strategies and campaigns.
A passion for technology and a deep understanding of the social media platforms like IG, FB, YT etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and ability to think from an end-consumer perspective.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Entrepreneurial mindset to excel in a fast-paced dynamic work environment
