- Salary: $625-$1250 USD (2-4 hours a day, part-time)
- Status: Part-time with potential to move into full-time
- Trial Period: 2 Weeks ( a paid trial project will be part of the interview process)

LinkedIn Manager
Can you turn LinkedIn into a high-performance lead machine?
We’re looking for a
strategic, data-driven LinkedIn Manager to lead the growth of both our company and CEO’s personal brand.
You’ll be responsible for turning content and conversation into qualified leads, building an engaged network, and keeping us top-of-mind in the SEO and machine learning space.

What You’ll Own
LinkedIn Strategy & Execution
- Own the day-to-day execution of both a personal LinkedIn profile and company page
- Build and manage a lead generation-focused strategy aligned with business objectives
- Use Dripify and other tools to automate outreach and track performance
- Conduct market research to ensure an excellent understand the industry
Content & Community Engagement
- Work with our content team to post engaging, on-brand content
- Craft and publish posts that reflect our tone, positioning, and expertise
- Actively engage with comments, industry conversations, and strategic profiles
Analytics & Optimization
- Track key metrics around reach, engagement, and lead generation
- Report performance insights and test improvements
- Stay ahead of LinkedIn trends and platform algorithm updates
Collaboration & Innovation
- Work closely with our content team to generate ideas
- Ensure alignment with broader content efforts across SEO and machine learning
- Recommend and test new outreach campaigns and formats
Ideal Profile
Who You Are
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn outreach and growth strategies
- Deep knowledge of LinkedIn algorithms, engagement hacks, and automation tools
- Comfortable using Dripify or similar platforms
- Experience in SEO, technical marketing, or machine learning spaces preferred
- Skilled in community management and turning engagement into pipeline
- Experienced in market research for LinkedIn
- Analytical thinker who leverages data to guide strategy
- Curious, proactive, and adaptable—someone who owns outcomes, not just tasks
