Your new role 

• Provide lottery software application operation and support for customers
• Troubleshoot application issues and outages
• Provide support on complex tasks
• Track and ensure the continuity of issue resolution and other tasks
• Handle, register, follow up and resolve incoming service request and incidents
• Execute recurring daily operational tasks
• Monitor lottery system components and events
• Constant communication and support to other involved resolver units and partners
• Create new internal and external communication channels and processes
• Create and update process documentation
• Improvement and maintenance of the internal knowledge base articles
• Participate in creating operational practices for newly implemented systems and their documentation
• Provide internal and external trainings
• Participate in onsite training and events in certain cases
• Participate in calls in case of outage
• Provide 24/7 standby support
• Create reports

What you'll need to succeed 

• You have higher degree on relevant field (IT / Telecommunications) plus 1-2 years’ relevant experience/ OR if You have 5 years relevant experience, higher degree is only advantage
• You have experience of operation and support of complex IT applications and systems
• You have basic knowledge of Linux and Windows systems
• You have basic knowledge of SQL and scripting
• You have previous experience in working according to ITIL based processes and functions
• You would like to use your excellent English on a daily basis
• You have willingness to travel (1-2 x a year)
• You have willingness to work outside normal business hours
• You have willingness to provide standby support
• You have careful work style and durability
• You have high quality and responsibility in own work
• You work well under pressure and you are a team player
