As a Finance Project Manager, you will:

• Serve as a Finance Project Manager, bridging financial processes with technical expertise.
• Lead various regional finance projects, including finance-related tasks, cross-functional collaborations, and acting as a Business Partner.
• Proactively enhance Execution Performance Finance through ad hoc analysis, reporting, and special projects as needed.
• Address financial issues, create tailored reports, and respond to urgent business requirements.
• Participate in special cross-departmental and financial transformation projects and tasks.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver timely financial insights, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to company policies and accounting standards.

What you will need to succeed:

• At least 3–5 years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting roles, with a proven track record of managing complex processes and multiple stakeholders.
• Capability to lead digital transformation initiatives and implement new tools, standards, and processes.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Educational background in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, coupled with relevant professional experience.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possessing a global perspective.
• Strong collaborative skills for cross-functional teamwork.
