Your new role
-As a Logistics Coordinator, you will manage the supply of products manufactured worldwide to global customers.
-Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, coordinating orders with procurement and suppliers, liaising with the commercial department, and resolving schedule-related issues.
-You will also work closely with the warehouse, quality department, and finance department to ensure smooth operations.
What you'll need to succeed
-To excel in this role, you should have post-secondary education or a college/university degree, strong communication skills in English (German is an advantage), and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
-You should be flexible, accurate, open-minded, proactive, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
-Experience in customer service, particularly in international manufacturing or logistics, and automotive experience are advantageous.
-SAP is an advantage
