Our partner is a dynamically growing company specializing in innovative IT solutions, primarily (but not exclusively) serving clients in the financial sector. To support their expanding portfolio, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders,
• Support developers by clarifying functional and non-functional requirements,
• Define and document test cases,
• Design functional and technical solutions, including data models, workflows, system interfaces, and architectural specifications

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst,
• Active, confident English language skills (both written and spoken),
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills,
• Experience in IT and/or financial projects is a strong advantage.
