Department: Spa & Recreation

Location: Hungary - Budapest

• Responsible for welcoming and serving hotel guests in person and by phone, following Kempinski service principles and standards


• Applies up-selling sales techniques to increase SPA revenue


• Complies with financial regulations and protocols


• Responsible for procurement and the smooth and high-level operation of the SPA department


• Motivates and provides staff with appropriate professional training

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a SPA Supervisor / SPA Manager position


• A specialized higher education degree (preferably in health tourism)


• Excellent English language skills


• Excellent communication skills


• Good organizational and independent problem-solving skills


• Leadership skills, experience in managing a small team


• Groomed, excellent appearance


• Polite behavior, guest-oriented thinking


• Open, friendly but assertive personality
