Responsibilities

Make an impact

• Perform assigned RTR accounting activities, including Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank, Intercompany, period closing, reconciliations, reporting, deliver assigned tasks as per scheduled timeline,
• participate in process-transition, prepare and update process descriptions, in regards of assigned new activities,
• negotiate and proactively drive status reviews with Stakeholder and peer Departments,
• drive issue resolution,
• support Audit requests.
  
  

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor Degree with 2-3 years of RTR experience in SSC environment,
• strong accounting knowledge and computer related skills,
• IFRS GAAP and SAP user knowledge,
• strong communication skills in English both written and verbal, Italian/Spanish/French language skill is a plus,
• comfortable to work in a multicultural SSC environment,
• experience in process-transitions and standardization in finance is a plus,
• high attention to details and customer focus,
• willingness to invest in your own development supported by KUKA,
• travel occasionally within Europe for trainings and transition purpose.
