Your Tasks as Customer Manager
• Serve as the main contact for customers in the back office, handling inquiries and complex orders • Support sales activities and customer consultations
• Assist sales representatives (Account Managers) in achieving the common sales targets Responsibilities
• Independently manage assigned customers, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Implement measures to increase sales and achieve targets
• Work with Account Managers, other departments, and Lapp companies international
• Act as a representative within the organizational level and, if necessary, across the entire Customer Service.
Your Profile
• Required: Commercial/Economic qualification, at least at an intermediate level
• Advantage: Graduate from the Faculty of Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Electrical-Electronics
• Fluent in German, Intermediate in English
• Have at least 5 years of sales experience in the industrial sales field
• Advantage: familiar with SAP software or other material management systems
• Based in Budaörs / Hungary
