Responsibilities:
- Manage Request for Services (RFS) in Service Now, both for the Towers Electronic Data Center (EDC) and for Cloud.
- Providing support for the Requestor/Client, track status of the RFS.
- Convey with Vendor, arrange clarifications, organise meetings.
- Assist client at the ordering.
- Collaborate with the technical team to get a clear process .
- Maintain centralized documentation of all activities using docSpace.
- Provide regular reporting to management on the current status of the RFSs.
Key Deliverables:
- Ensure effective communication and act as a key point of contact for Lufthansa clients.
- Maintain documentation related to Request for Services Process.
- Ensure the quality assurance of the proposals created by Vendor.
- Ensure the quality of the yearly updated Process Interface Manual about the required services.
- Participate in regular meetings with Management or Vendor.
- Organize meetings for clarification.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- IT all around knowledge
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment
- High level of initiative, and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage and track requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in using ITSM tools (JIRA, SNOW)
- Service- and customer-oriented mindset
- German language is an advantage
