Solution Architect

As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a key role in supporting our customers through their software implementation projects. You’ll provide expert guidance in architectural planning and solution design while continuously evolving architectural practices across the organization. This position involves close collaboration with various teams and leadership, ensuring alignment and driving innovation.

As a core member of the LSYH Consultancy team, you will foster consensus and collaboration through servant leadership across multiple solution groups. Your ability to link technology with measurable business outcomes will be essential. Strategic thinking around business, product, and technical challenges is critical for success in this role.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business, engineering, and product stakeholders to deliver end-to-end technology implementations with a clear focus on customer value.
• Contribute to the early conceptual phases of business problem-solving and strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate integration and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups on the client side.
• Present and explain complex technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Provide mentoring and educational support to architecture and engineering teams.
• Consult with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to address architectural concerns such as performance and availability, and recommend effective solutions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• MSc degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
• 5 years of professional software development experience with solid knowledge of:
• The full software development lifecycle.
• Design and development of Java Enterprise Applications.
• Leading the design and implementation of Development, Application, and Data Architectures.
• Strong understanding of consumer-scale web solution architectures, distributed system integration, and service-oriented architecture.
• Proficiency in J2EE design patterns, frameworks, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, across various formats.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Sound judgment, decision-making abilities, and a sense of urgency to drive high-quality architecture deliverables.
• Experience in business analysis and problem-solving, including issue identification, hypothesis formulation, data synthesis, and actionable solution recommendations.
