Employee Manager

As an Employee Manager your main activities will include

• Working collaboratively with Business Unit Leaders and other HR roles and supporting unit team members and colleagues.
• Take ownership of certain areas of People Development including team culture and engagement, development and retention.
• Career management (development plans, trainings, promotion, providing short and long-term career perspectives) of IT experts, facilitate workshops and learning opportunities.
• Participation in process development, internal projects.
• Coaching employees, recognizing and improving non-professional / soft / interpersonal skillset and providing personal feedback.
• Resource management (taking part in the recruitment process and making decisions about job rotations).
• Cost management of your team (trainings, development, salary and benefits).
• Providing stable and safe working environment in order to ensure high performance and motivation within the team.
• Representing company values and culture internally and externally.

You are looking for us if You

• Have knowledge or experience in leading professionals in software development/testing or infrastructure engineering/operation.
• Live in or around Szeged.
• Are able to use coaching and mentoring methods for developing professionals.
• Have experience in leading teams and individuals.
• Are excellent in complexity management and can recognize important aspects of complex problems.
• Are experienced in serving different needs in changing processes.
• Are able to develop strategies and processes to put in place to ensure people motivation whilst maximising people retention
• Are empathetic and a great team player.
• Have strong communication and cooperation skills and are confident in building and fostering relationships with colleagues.
• Have solution focused mindset.
• Can think on strategic topics and provide solutions for them.
• Are flexible and open-minded.
