Als Demi Chef:in de Partie werden Sie verantwortlich für folgende Aufgaben sein: 

• Unterstützung des Chef de Partie, für die Sicherstellung reibungsloser Arbeitsabläufe in einer Schicht
  
• Vor- und Zubereitung von hochwertigen Speisen
  
• Vor- und Nachbereitung von Veranstaltungen
  
• sauberes, fachmännisches und kostenbewusstes Arbeiten
  
• Einhaltung und Kontrolle der vorgegebenen Lagerbestände und Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemässen Lagerung
  
• Einhaltung und tägliche Kontrolle der Hygienevorschriften und der Sauberkeit im Rahmen der HACCP-Richtlinien

As Demi Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the following duties:  

• Supporting the Chef de Partie, ensuring smooth work processes in one shift
  
• Preparing and serving high quality food
  
• Preparing and following up on events
  
• Working in a clean, professional and cost-conscious manner
  
• Compliance and control with the specified stock levels and ensuring proper storage
  
• Compliance and daily control of hygiene standards and cleanliness according to HACCP guidelines

Als Demi Chef:in de Partie erwarten wir von Ihnen:  

• Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin. 1-2 Berufserfahrungen – bevorzugt in der gehobenen Hotellerie/Gastronomie
  
• Flexibilität und Belastbar – zu Ihrer Position gehören Wochenend- und Feiertagsschichten
  
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  
• Hohes Engagement sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  
• Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

As Demi Chef de Partie, we expect from you:  

• A completed apprenticeship as a cook. 1-2 years of work experience in a similar function - preferably in the upscale hotel/catering industry.
  
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure - your position will include weekend and holiday shifts
  
• Good communication skills, teamwork and reliability
  
• High level of commitment as well as a structured and independent work style
  
• High quality awareness
  
• Very good knowledge of German and English

Die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist für diese Position selbstverständlich gegeben und richtet sich nach Ihren Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrungen.

The minimum gross monthly salary for this position according to the collective agreement is € 2.178,00
