HOTEL MANAGER HIRING
You must have working papers any of the following:
- TRC in Schengen valid for at least 1 year,
- OR Employee card in Czech Republic, with a minimum of 6 months working for the same employer,
- OR TRC in Poland valid for minimum of 3 months.
Who We Are Looking For:
You are a positive, communicative, and social person that likes to travel and to get to know new people.
You must be able to communicate in English with ease, both verbally and in
writing.
You are responsible and organized with an attention to details.
You are reasonably computer savvy and able to handle basic Excel and
different online tools.
A proactive individual who is comfortable with cleaning tasks and performs them efficiently.
An outgoing and sociable personality, with a love for travel and connecting with new people.
Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
A plus is if you have worked as hotel manager, have experience in hospitality and if you are handy.
Job Responsibilities:
Work at the hostel reception, providing excellent service to guests.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the hostel.
Oversee and manage a team of volunteers.
Work Conditions:
The work week is 40-50 hours, you work in shifts during the hostel open hours, with one to two days off a week (you make your own schedule).
One to two days off per week.
Accommodation is provided - a shared room in the hostel with volunteers.

€1,500 per month (after taxes)
Additional bonuses of €300-500 per month
