Inside Sales Team Lead

As a future TEAM LEAD of our Partner's Group Technology Sourcing (GTS) global team you will have the chance to take part in a constantly improving department. Joining our Partner newly established Inside Sales team in Budapest offers you the chance to explore new business models, enhance your skills, and contribute to improving our services.

You have direct people management resposibilities

You organise daily business within the team

You participate in customer focused meetings and drive improvement

You operate as a contact person for own team members (Ex.: process questions, escalations or projects etc.)

You control relevant costs lines to meet budgetary requirements

You establish internal/external communication (management meetings, 121s, meeting with stakeholders etc.)

You handle escalations

You participate to the setting of team-related annual targets / KPIs and cascade them

You ensure the implementation of process changes requested by management

You ensure compliance with and monitor existing processes at the best possible cost/benefit conditions

You support in identifying and supporting process improvements

You take part in projects/programmes.

You have at least 3 years of professional experience in similar environment

You have people management experience (if you also have project management that's an advantage)

You are fluent in English and French

You demonstrate a detailed knowledge of and understand the direction of change in the marketplace, industry, consumer preferences, and relevant stakeholders

You have a good process understanding for day-to-day business, encourage the following of standard processes, and make significant efforts to improve processes

You have good time management skills, work independently and solution-oriented, and have good self-organization

You are good at problem-solving and decision-making

You have a high level of cost awareness

You have a customer & goal-oriented work style

You have very good oral and written communication skills

You have a high ability to work under pressure, even in stressful situations

You are proficient in MS Office applications
