• Conducting detailed analysis of project specifications and drawings to accurately
  estimate costs associated with materials, labor, and equipment.
• Working cross-functionally with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather comprehensive details for precise estimation.
• Reviewing bids from subcontractors and vendors for conformity to project requirements and overall budgetary constraints.
• Implementing best practices in cost estimation and establishing protocols for regular updating and revising of estimates.
• Presenting, explaining, and justifying project estimates to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new technologies, and government regulations that could affect project costs.
• Presenting cost saving solutions

Elvárások / Requirements

• Graduated from Civil Engineering or Architecture departments of universities
• At least 5 years of experience in Technical Office or Tender Department
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Attention to detail
• Capable of presenting
• Strong communication skills to communicate with suppliers
• Good understanding sub & superstructure construction works
• Able to analyze project requirements, technical specifications, drawings
• Excellent command of Hungarian and English, both written and spoken, is a must
• Proficient in using Excel, MS Project and AutoCAD
