• Identifying ideal candidate profiles using various databases (internal database, job portals, LinkedIn, professional groups, etc.)
• Making phone contact, maintaining communication with candidates via phone and generating interest
• Arranging interviews to your dedicated Recruitment Consultant
• The position also has a strong administrative aspect: building lists, recording sourcing activities in internal systems, maintaining Excel sheets, and preparing recruitment status report
• Supported service line will be the Business Services  (mainly Finance & Accounting, Sales, HR related portfolio)
• Creating and editing job advertisements on social media, active presence on LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Active participation in the company's sales activities, building lists, having market awareness

• Proven track record in the recruitment field (contacting candidate, sourcing suitable profile)
• OR having prior experience in sales, cold calling, front office areas - with a strong commitment towards recruitment
• College/University degree or ongoing higher education (we are open for part time solution as well – feel free to apply – at least 30 hours / week)
• Strong command of English (written and oral) AND native Hungarian
• An attached cover letter is an advantage in the evaluation of applications
