Supply Chain Team Leader (m/f/d)

Rheinmetall Advanced Technology Solutions Hungary Kft., a member of the Rheinmetall Group, is looking for a Supply Chain Team Leader for performing the following main tasks:

• Planning, scheduling and coordinating production workflow
• Scheduling test productions in collaboration with the quality department
• Participating in daily shopfloor meetings
• Collaborating with production shift leaders, material planners and the logistics department
• Proactively communicating risks of on-time completion of production schedule to allow mitigation
• Planning and prioritising operation to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
• Reporting on the production status and any production issue to upper management
• Handling production disruptions and productivity problems
• Align with strategies and company goals
• Reporting to the Head of Department
• Leading the Supply Chain Planning team

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of economics or similar
• Min 5 years of production planning experience
• ERP system knowledge, deep experience in production planning in SAP is highly preferred
• Key user background in SAP PP is a great advantage
• Fluency in English and Hungarian, German is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of common standard SW applications (e.g. MS-Office, SAP)
• Ablility to handle complex scheduling requirements even off ERP
• Good analytic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on their own initiative while also being a teamplayer
• Capability to work under pressure and having a flexible mindset
