Trax is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to further strengthen its Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities

• Take part in end-to-end recruitment (e.g. CV screening, scheduling interviews, conduct phone/video/personal HR interviews)
• Finding and engaging active/passive candidates through various channels, as well as adopting alternative search techniques
• Helping to build strong talent pipelines with a focus on software engineering, IT and Ops
• Maintain candidate databases
• Other administrative duties or responsibilities as required
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous experience in agency or in-house experience
• Can adequately communicate with candidates during the recruitment process
• Can positively present Trax and job opportunities to potential candidates
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Can operate in fast and dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing demands
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Spark Hire Recruit)
• Previous experience in using various platforms/techniques for sourcing (e.g. Boolean search, LinkedIn)
• Strong, proven history with recruiting and hiring Software Engineering and Tech candidates
