Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to further strengthen its Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities
- Take part in end-to-end recruitment (e.g. CV screening, scheduling interviews, conduct phone/video/personal HR interviews)
- Finding and engaging active/passive candidates through various channels, as well as adopting alternative search techniques
- Helping to build strong talent pipelines with a focus on software engineering, IT and Ops
- Maintain candidate databases
- Other administrative duties or responsibilities as required
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience in agency or in-house experience
- Can adequately communicate with candidates during the recruitment process
- Can positively present Trax and job opportunities to potential candidates
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Can operate in fast and dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing demands
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Spark Hire Recruit)
- Previous experience in using various platforms/techniques for sourcing (e.g. Boolean search, LinkedIn)
- Strong, proven history with recruiting and hiring Software Engineering and Tech candidates
