We are looking for an Activation Manager to play a key role in optimizing our marketing efforts, improving lead generation, and enhancing digital performance. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, global environment and contribute to a strategically important area of our business.

Your Role

As Activation Manager , you will be the link between VELUX Global, Regional Marketing, and our markets , ensuring our marketing activation initiatives are well-aligned, data-driven, and continuously optimized. Your primary focus will be on driving high-quality leads, improving website engagement, and increasing conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align lead activation strategies with global and regional marketing teams.
• Oversee and optimize lead generation initiatives across multiple markets.
• Track and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage activation initiatives and ensure smooth execution across teams.
• Lead regular lead performance meetings and provide key marketing insights.
• Optimize website experience, landing pages, and calls to action to enhance conversion.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is a proactive, analytical, and results-driven marketing professional with experience in B2C customer journeys, digital marketing, and performance optimization . You should have a structured and strategic approach to project management and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in marketing activation, performance marketing, or lead generation in a B2C environment.
• Experience and collaboration with UI and UX designers in developing wireframes and designs to visualize user interfaces and interactions.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on performance tracking and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English is required; French or German is a plus.
