What We Are Looking For
Implementation, further development and maintenance of the process-oriented management system
Support and training of process owners in process modeling and process documentation
Definition of the requirements to be implemented from the area of responsibility (specifications, goals, etc.)
Collaboration with external service providers in the area of quality support
Conducting and participating in internal/external audits and inspections, deriving and implementing improvement potentials based on the audit results
Administration of the business process management software SYCAT, support in defining and implementing process descriptions in SAP 4HANA
What Qualifications You Should Have
Bachelor’s degree with focus on engineering, quality, supply chain management, business administration, economics or similar
At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of quality, ideally 5 years
Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 40001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001
Auditor certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 45001 (required) and in ISO 40001, ISO 50001 (advantage)
Experience in moderating workshops
Strong self-organization and ability to work independently
Resistant to stress in case of occurring workload peaks, handling of existing conflicts of interest and in controversial discussions
SAP experience is a significant plus
Willingness to travel (1-2 times per year)
Language skills: min. B2 level of English and Hungarian knowledge (spoken and written)
