Manufacturing Consultants to join our growing Industry X practice in Ireland, focusing on digital transformations though SAP S/4 solutions.

We help clients optimise their manufacturing, supply chain, PLM, quality, and EWM processes, managing both technical and process changes while driving a culture of innovation. What You’ll Do:

• Guide clients in transforming their planning and production processes with SAP solutions, enabling new operating models and business functions, while acting as a bridge between business and IT.
• Shape and deliver high-impact projects, from scoping and design to implementation and post-launch support.
• Support sales efforts, from initial proposal to final closing, driving successful project delivery.
• Leverage cutting-edge digital technologies to deliver tangible business outcomes.
• Support sales efforts, from initial proposal to final closing, driving successful project delivery.
• Foster strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, while providing and receiving mentorship and career development opportunities across our Industry X practice.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in design and optimisation of SAP Manufacturing (S/4 or ECC), with at least one end-to-end implementation.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing and manufacturing processes, Agile methodologies, and SAP capabilities.
• Experience in analysing business strategies, process mapping, and implementing process improvements.
• Expertise in guiding clients through digital transformations and business case development.
• A proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Set Yourself Apart:

• Proficiency in SAP S/4 Modules (e.g., S/4 EM Manufacturing, EWM, PP, PM, QM, MM).
• Experience with or significant exposure to SAP Digital Supply Chain/Manufacturing transformations.
• Industry experience in FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Oil & Gas, or Energy is preferred.
