LDD, part of Acteon Group, is a marine and subsea foundation specialist working in the Offshore Renewables, Oil and Gas and Offshore Construction sectors. Using our extensive in-field experience, we design, engineer, build and operate world class pile-installation, lifting equipment and drilling equipment to deliver tubular foundations of any size, in any geology, anywhere.

LDD are currently looking to add a Project Manager to their Cork team on a full-time permanent basis. The project manager will be part of small team of engineers with Hybrid working facilitated. The PM will be responsible for the day to day engineering on specific projects but additionally will be responsible for liaising with finance and the client to ensure that all aspects of the project are delivered in a safe and economic way. Attendance at Client meetings on current and prospective projects.

Duties/Responsibilities

Day to day activities will be managing the overall scopes on project with assistance from various company lines including daily progress reports, logistics, finance, and personnel.

The PM will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the contract are fulfilled and liaise daily/weekly with clients to talk through progress and expectations.

Candidate will responsible for managing project budget and issuing monthly invoices based on as measured work for the month.

Development and implementation of the operational procedures, policies and systems for delivery of projects

Management of Project staff – ensure best use of available resources in delivery of project commitments

Requirements

High level written English

Familiarity with Microsoft programs

Engineering qualification such as mechanical, automotive or civils

Experience in managing a project in terms of deliverables and budget control

Candidate will be proactive and able to work on their own initiative.
