Job Overview
As a Student Services Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and guiding students during their time in Dublin. Your responsibilities will include:
Collecting and quality-checking important documents.
Resolving any issues and concerns that arise for students in Dublin.
Maintaining and updating our in-house database, ensuring smooth information flow across teams.
Expanding our network of clients and nurturing existing partnerships.
Representing ADC College to partner schools and teachers.
Supporting other teams, including accommodation and work placement department.
What We're Looking For
Fluent Czech or Slovak speaker (C2 level).
A positive and goal-oriented mindset.
Self-motivation and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent data administration capabilities and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with IT and digital software solutions.
