Coordinates the Profit Plan and Outlook processes. Must ensure accuracy and limited variance.
Maintains accurate balance sheet accounts and corresponding reconciliations. Conducts regular reviews to ensure accuracy.
Ensures Month end process is accurate and executed according to timeline.
Supports P&L improvements. Identifies and supports cost improvements and program profitability activities.
Maintains a robust internal control environment aligned to the company Business Operating System and Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
Supports and coordinate all compliance, internal and external audit activities.
Manages the development of cost standards and expense budgets to establish acceptable bases for measuring product cost, expense control and plant performance.
Prepares and supports Capital Appropriation Requests including financial justification in accordance with company guidelines.
Partners with the Commercial team on Pricing and Commercial issues.
Leads Plant through implementation of new finance and accounting processes and procedures.
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
University degree in Finance, Business administration, (VII degree)
Required experience: 2 years related experience on similar position
Good computer skills, strong orientation on MS Excel
Adaptation in finance applications
SAP proficiency will be considered as plus
Experience in any production industry
IAS/IFRS knowledge is necessary
Good US Gaap knowledge will be considered as plus
English knowledge
