Transport Planner

This is a full-time on-site position for an experienced Transport Planner, based in Dundalk, Co. Louth

Role Requirements:

• Plan and manage our transport orders within Ireland, UK and EU
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, drivers, warehouse staff
• Plan domestic collections of groupage for weekly export trailers
• Maintain fleet service and maintenance records
• Maintain traceability procedures in our transport system
• Manage new and existing customer & supplier files

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in transport or logistics planning
• Strong knowledge of haulage operations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work within a team and independently as required
• Strong computer skills
• Customs clearance knowledge is an advantage

Attractive salary to be discussed depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €26,282.36-€49,307.56 per year
