Job Posting for Brand Ambassador at Allied Global Marketing
We are recruiting Brand Ambassadors for an upcoming client campaigns running throughout 2025. This is a perfect role for anyone interested in gaining live event experience and marketing. We are a live events agency who work across a diverse range of well-known brands and work across festivals, brand activations & shopper marketing.
Roles and responsibilities
Serve as the face of the agency at live events, embodying the brand’s values, tone, and messaging.
Greet and interact with event attendees, answering questions, offering assistance, and providing information about the event.
Assist with event logistics, such as directing guests, helping with check-ins, or guiding attendees to different event areas.
Ensure guests are aware of event schedules, activities, or other important details.
Provide a high level of customer service, addressing questions or concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist with event activations, ensuring interactive experiences (such as booths, displays, games, or photo opportunities) run smoothly.
Engage attendees in the agency’s event activations, encouraging participation and social media sharing.
Help manage crowds, ensure safety, and maintain a high-energy atmosphere.
Work alongside the event staff to assist with any additional tasks, such as setting up or breaking down event areas.
Provide hands-on support in case of any issues that arise during the event, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Qualifications required
1 year of sales/hospitality/customer-service or brand ambassador experience preferred
