Our client is a leading Irish multi-disciplinary construction company
Due to ever increasing order book for 2024 they are looking to recruit Senior Project Surveyors
Typically, large-scale building projects in excess €50,000,000
Public and Private contracts in various sectors: - high density residential, commercial, pharma, academic, industrial etc
This company is renowned for being a great place to work with excellent staff retention & work/life balance
You will act as Senior Project QS on site 3 days p/w and work from home 2 days p/w
Reporting to Commercial Manager / SQS your team will include Junior & Intermediate QSs
They have projects breaking in North Co Dublin, City Centre & South Co Dublin – typically 2-3yr programs
7 yrs experience required
Permanent Position
Salary €80,000 including Company Vehicle / Car Allowance, Pension, VHI, Gym Membership, Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Programme, Loyalty Reward Scheme, Professional Membership Fees, Education Assistance / Chartership Development with defined Hybrid Working Arrangements
