Initial project 3yr commercial/recreation project in Galway

Work closely with the Project Manager & Site Manager
Provide timely and accurate reports
Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
Attending regular meetings with clients, architects and consultants, and keeping them informed of progress
Quality management and BCAR co-ordination
Help oversee quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensuring that regulations are adhered to

Diploma / Degree qualified with minimum 3yrs main contracting experience with established building company
RC experience is advantageous
Knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
Setting out experience with GPS. Total Stations, Autocad
Proficient IT skills (Excel, Office etc.)
Excellent Communication skills.
Driving license

Salary €55K - €65K negotiable with full package car pension health bonus etc
