Call Centre Agents, Citywest Dublin
We are currently recruiting for a number of call centre agents on a permanent contract working a minimum of 20 hours a week.
Role: To provide a fast, efficient and professional Call Centre service, reporting to the Call Centre Manager & Call Centre Supervisor.
Key Accountabilities:
· To answer telephone calls within the service level agreement parameters
· To promote a professional customer service within the call centre
· To demonstrate best practice in call handling procedures
· Taking responsibility to refer/escalate calls which cannot be handled by Call Centre Agent
· Take responsibility for manning the reception
· Any other duties outside of this performance agreement, as and when required by NCTS
Competencies Required:
· Minimum of 18 months experience in a similar call centre role
· Flexibility
· Pleasant, friendly, professional manner
· Articulate
· Organisational Skills
· High level communication skills
· PC skills
· Willingness to improve own knowledge re: Car Testing Service
· Teamwork
· Fully aware of NCTS Integrity Programme
