BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Health Care Assistants to look after children and adults with complex needs in the community. This position is ideal for someone who is an experienced Health Care Assistant, is passionate about providing excellent and reliable care, and enjoys working with people.

Role of a Healthcare assistant

Assisting Clients with personal care and with their daily activities. To be responsible for monitoring client’s health and wellbeing and to implement tasks in their Care plan. The qualities of a Healthcare assistant include an ability to deliver a high standard of care and Support to Clients and their families. To demonstrate kindness, compassion, patience and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• QQI Level 5 Certification in Healthcare or obtained Care skills and Care of the older person
• Previous experience working as a health care professional preferred but not required
• Must have a valid driving licence and access to a car
• Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland without visa sponsorship
• Mandatory Certifications up to date
• Fluent in English

Pay: €14.70-€32.38 per hour
