Industrial Cleaning Supervisor

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Area Manager in overseeing and supporting various industrial cleaning projects across multiple sites. Your key responsibilities will include providing direction and guidance to team members and arranging work schedules to ensure projects are completed on time.

This role will include working with Teams to ensure project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Area Manager in managing industrial cleaning projects
• Deliver a first-class service to our clients by ensuring that all deep cleaning duties are carried out to the highest standard and in line with Company procedures
• Use of Reach and Wash Systems, window cleaning kits and power washers
• Ensure that stock levels are properly maintained and provide information to Line Manager to ensure appropriate purchasing
• Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and legislation
• Coordinate and manage work programs across multiple sites
  
  Requirements:
• Full-Time
• Mobile Position based in Galway City & Surrounds
• Drivers Licence highly preferable but not essential
• Knowledge of construction or medical sector as well as industrial cleaning highly beneficial
• High level cleaning experience - a distinct advantage
• Manual Handling Certificate - Preferable but not Essential
• Safe Pass - Preferable but not Essential
• Valid Visa to work Full Time in Ireland Essential
