Bloomfield House Hotel is now recruiting for experienced Food and Beverage staff to join our team. Considered applicants must be avaliable for midweek and weekend work.

• To serve all our guests in a friendly, efficient and professional manner
• To offer our guests the highest levels of service, ensuring that their needs are met
• The ideal candidate must have experience in a similar role

Key Duties & Objectives

• To ensure cleanliness levels are maintained to a high standard in the bar/restuaruant at all times
• Have thorough knowledge of service standards required for food and beverage service.
• To co-operate with colleagues and other departments to ensure the best possible service.
• Take orders and assists guests with any questions regarding menus or beverage.
• Serve guests as per established standards.
• Stock up and replenish service points as necessary
• Be fully flexible from September

Experience Required

Must be available for flexible hours

Similar experience is a requirement.
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken is also required
