Store Manager Sligo

BORN CLOTHING are currently recruiting for an experienced, seasoned fashion manager who is looking for a new challenge. Our Sligo store is fast paced and carries both men's and ladies.

We need someone who is ready to take leadership and is competent with both visual and commercial merchandising.

Responsibilities of manager

• Responsible for daily operations of a fast paced retail store .
• Responsible for looking after your own team, training needs, monitoring their performance ,processing deliveries, placement of stock.
• Managing the performance of the store, accountable for achieving targets, wage budgets etc.
• Ensuring the store is kept to company standards including customer service, reporting to head office/ area manager on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Previous experience of management in a retail fashion store.
• Must have a strong work ethic and thrive under pressure.
• You should be highly motivated, energetic and show good leadership as part of a team.
• Must have experience in managing staff, doing rosters, daily planners, performance management and good delegation skills.
• Ability to analyse targets, kpis, trends, merchandising.
• Have a passion for delivering a good customer shopping experience .
• Computer literate, POS, excel etc.
